To facilitate staff on understanding personalities and communication styles as well as present an opportunity for the staff to interact for them to work together effectively, Trust Management Centre has been offering courses towards building relationships at work. In fact, one of its clients, which is the Naval Base Primary School, had said that “the staff enjoyed the enthusiasm, involvement, and the camaraderie amongst them.”
