Profiling will enable you to identify your focal point for personal development
They can either be used to enhance learning through face-to-face training or coaching (by completing them before, and/or after the sessions), or they can be used as a stand-alone service to complement your own learning and development activities.
All of our tests involve completing a series of short questions and can be completed anytime from your own computer. Upon submission, we will provide you with a comprehensive assessment report, including suggestions for potential areas of improvement and some useful tips and techniques.

If you are attending one of our courses or a coaching session, our trainers will provide you with the report and take you through the results of the test to make sure that you fully understand the conclusions and any implications for your future development.
You can choose to complete an assessment without booking on a course, we’ll email you the report and arrange for a meeting via phone to introduce the report and to develop an action plan for capitalising on the new awareness back in the workplace.
Generally, our assessment reports will be ready within 3 – 5 days of completion.
