Founder
Gopal Jethmal is the Managing Director at Trust Management Centre. His diverse client portfolio including top companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Amazon, to welfare organisations and governmental agencies, means he works with people from all walks of life. For Gopal, development is much more than learning skills, it’s about providing people with hope.
As a consultant and trainer, Gopal is known for his enthusiasm and his interactive training and development style. He is passionate about helping leaders adapt and apply learned skills to real-life workplace situations.

Kishore Jethmal is an internationally renowned Trainer, known for his management and leadership skills as well as his creative problem-solving approaches. Kishore develops and runs a multitude of corporate training programmes in countries throughout the world. He is dedicated to helping leaders and managers hone their skills and strengthen their mindset to help them reach their true potential.
Kishore believes that employees are intrinsically good-natured, kind, helpful and creative. He also believes that to achieve their full potential and growth, an effective leadership must be established in which leaders, managers and supervisors are equipped with the right skills to guide and develop their teams.

Jeffrey Xavier Radjam was a Counsellor with the Guidance branch at the Ministry of Education from 1996-2003, then leading the pastoral division in Kheng Cheng School until 2013.
Following this, he joined the Divorce Support Specialist Agency as a counsellor to work with families. He has developed case records, reviews and case consultations.
He has worked extensively with the Singaporean community health and social services such as Family service centres, MSF and IMH.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Science (Counselling) & has more than 28 years of counselling experience working with families.
Dr Tan holds a strong academic track record (a PhD, 3 Masters, and multiple scholarships) and global exposure in coaching & training in over 20 countries. He has represented the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and Singapore as Lead-Trainer for bilateral inter-ministerial training programmes in the ASEAN region. He focuses on strategy consulting, business analytics, market research, and financial modeling.
A believer of Growth Mindset, Clement has contributed more than two decades in both the Government and Private Corporate Organizations with proven track records. During his tenure with the Singapore Ministry of Defence, Clement has served notably the Honorary aide-de-camp to the President of Singapore. In addition, he has played instrumental roles in the restructuring of ground human resources, designed, and implemented the behavioural based safety program for the Republic of Singapore Navy. In professional Learning and Organization Development, Clement has facilitated, trained in more than 50 organizations, and learning institutions, benefiting many learners from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. He joined the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (Singapore) as the Director of Learning and Development where his efforts earned the prestigious Singapore Skills future Employer Award 2019. Outside his work, Clement has contributed his knowledge and experience to the larger community in Leadership, Service Excellence and Resilience Coaching. In addition, he has also been invited to speak at the World Safety Day (Brunei) in 2016, Singapore Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union from 2019 to 2020, Singapore WSH Conference and Brunei Youth Empowerment Summit in 2020 and the Singapore National Employers Federation 40th Anniversary 2021. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Science (Counselling).
His background in front-line operations and service management in the hospitality sector spans over 10 years, in establishments such as the Royal Hawaiian Hotel (Starwood), The Beaufort Sentosa in Singapore, The Mandarin Hotel Singapore, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, amongst many other commercial establishments. Within the retail industry, Mark has held the position of Country Trainer at Louis Vuitton where he had led the planning, facilitation & assessment of total organisational level learning for 300+ employees. His most recent role in the National Council of Social Service involves him in managing a team with the portfolio that includes over 150 WSQ and non-WSQ certifiable courses, and in ascertaining national training and non-training interventions for the social work sector nationally.

Mined data analytics for Brunei Shell Petroleum to uncover organisational challenges & proactively started strategic coaching pods for effective knowledge and skills transfer. Together with proven track record in providing Human Resources leadership training and aligning HR Strategies to the success of the business, led and managed Corporate-wide Training & Organization Development initiatives that is highly attuned to business needs with strong drive and initiatives. Achieved first in Shell worldwide for global courses run in Brunei. Currently serving as Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) Course Director. Consistent outstanding Individual Performance Factor of 1.3 out of 1.5 with Brunei Shell Petroleum.
Daniel Kam has been involved in Training & Development activities since 2010. He held senior roles in both the Engineering and Healthcare industry, where he played a leading role in kick-starting, developing and growing the regional offices to match the exponential growth within the Asia-Pacific areas. His previous appointments were Human Resource Advisor for Dril-Quip Asia Pacific & Management Consultant for SNEF.
With the wealth of practical corporate experiences, Daniel develops & delivers learning interventions through a combination of facilitation, mentoring and coaching approaches.
